Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Request
Contact our support team via the Radium PCs portal with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your PC or component in its original internal foam and double-box packaging to prevent any structural damage during transit.
- 3.Shipping and Tracking
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware integrity and original configuration, we will process your full refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
