How long does it take to build and ship my custom PC?
Each Radium PC is hand-assembled and stress-tested. Standard builds typically ship within 7-10 business days, while custom liquid-cooled rigs may take up to 15 business days.
Do Radium PCs come with a warranty?
Yes, every system includes a comprehensive 2-year parts and labor warranty. We also provide lifetime technical support for the original purchaser.
What kind of testing do you perform on the systems?
We conduct a rigorous 24-hour burn-in process, including thermal benchmarking, GPU stress tests, and memory diagnostics to ensure 100% stability out of the box.
Can I upgrade my PC in the future without voiding the warranty?
Absolutely. We encourage enthusiasts to upgrade. Opening your case does not void your warranty, though damage caused by third-party components or improper installation is not covered.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for systems in their original condition. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply to custom-built configurations.
